Frank Delmar Robber

This gun was used to kill a citizen of Leavenworth, Kansas on July 28, 1932 during the murder of Officer Ernie Gough by Chick Moss. Delmar , Moss and Smith were sentenced to 50 years in prison . Delmar escaped with 10 other inmates including Wilbur Underhill and Harvey Bailey . Delmar was later captured in Oklahoma by G men and sentenced to life in Alcatraz, Moss and Smith were sentenced to Lansing .
